Partyrobics® at the Universities

A beautiful cooperation with public educational facilities and local community-oriented leaders is at the very heart of the Partyrobics® mission.

A number of community organizers created the Partyrobics® experiences for a local audience, covering also a variety of events that promote social inclusion.

The Partyrobics® class is  currently on the schedule at the 3 Universities of Belgium: University in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, University in Brussels and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. For the 2023 academic season, KU LEUVEN has also built a special room with a full “atmosphere” lightning and music equipment to hold the class of Partyrobics®  (in between other formats) to its higher standards and create a next-level experience for its participants.

Mental Health Benefits Teaching method and the holistic approach

Teaching method and the holistic approach. Because of the way the Partyrobics® class is constructed, the sessions are delivering irreplaceable and extremely impactful mental health benefits for the students.
The sessions go beyond the standard foundations of group classes where cardio, work out and fun aspects are the main delivery. Emotion-driven choreography choices, as well as stimulative, sensational surroundings, tap into a deeper release of traumas stored in body cells, resetting a negative “body memory” and replacing it with free, open and clear energy. It is like you would feed your body and mind with positive experiences and memories in an intense portion.
The way the neuronal connection synchs with the music frequency causes a powerful chemical release of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins. Especially oxytocin, as it is more directly related to a feeling of emotional openness and empathy, and therefore it is a deeper, more meaningful type of connection. This experience is on another level than just an endorphin-based “fun” activity, and therefore extremely healing from a mental health point of view.
