What is Partyrobics®?
Partyrobics® is a refreshing, exciting disco-fitness class that transforms group sessions held in gyms or dance studio into “a full night out” experience. The set-up of dark room, party lights, recent radio hits pumped up into energetic remixes makes you feel like in a club. Easy cardio dances in a joyful vibe are inspired by all dance styles but easy to do as aerobics. Special Body Expressive method of teaching encourages the care-free expression of energy, opens our body, clears the mind from worries and delivers a great workout. It’s simple, fun but deeply touching all layers: physical and mental.
The concept has two versions Partyrobics® Cardio-Dance which is a mix of 15 disco-fitness choreographies and Partyrobics® Body-Shape which also contains exercises for a full-body, like squats, arms, inner tights etc.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER - KATE When passion, knowledge, and experience meet.
“I developed Partyrobics Fitness to take and combine what is the best in fitness and in dance!
I wanted to make “a BINGO!” concept that hits all the layers of our body and mind. Like a multivitamin pill that is an extract of what you need, just in the right proportion.
We took the simplicity of aerobics; excitement and the liberating feeling of a clubbing night out; effectiveness of the body workout, inspiring tastes of different dance styles, and all that mixed it in the most beautiful way. Partyrobics makes you feel amazing and massively impacts your body.”
Kate (Katarzyna Morton) has built already four power-houses: Partyrobics Network, the Chair Dance Express network local “Body Expressive” dance studio in Leuven as well as the International Online Instructor Center. Her work was covered widely by press, TV, and radio in Belgium, Poland, Canada, and internationally. She is a certified sport and fitness Instructor by the Sports Ministry and has over 15 years of extensive experience in teaching all kinds of group classes (work-outs, step, Pilates, aerobics, etc.) and dance classes in different countries.
She focuses on developing teaching methodologies that build an aware connection between body, emotions, mind, and energy. Her concepts and attitude are playful, fun, as the goal is to have students going through a transformation without realizing it. However, the work put behind her creation took serious years of research, interdisciplinary experience, and a multicultural team of experts from many fields. Her main goal is to use fun, simple work-outs that not only deliver benefits for a body or contribute to a stress release but are also capable to clear a body memory from experienced traumas by replacing the emotions stored under a sink with a positive body experience. Kate is also a human rights activist with over 15 years of high profile portfolio, which gave her detailed knowledge into women’s rights and their struggle across cultures which affected the way fitness and dance concepts are constructed.
